How to Run a 30-Day Revenue Sprint as a Solo Founder

Most revenue sprints are vibes. They never start on a real date, they never end on a real date, and they always slip into the next month.

The reason your month slips

It is not motivation. It is that the month is not dated. The week is not picked. The offer is not committed. The channel changes every Tuesday. The retro never happens.

The dated structure

30 days. Pick one offer. Pick one channel. Pick one test per week. Run a 1-page daily scorecard so you measure inputs, not vibes. End each Friday with a 15-minute retro that decides what gets cut, what gets doubled, and what ships next week.

Day 30: kill, keep, or scale

Use simple rules — if you have 500 sessions and zero sales, kill or rebuild. If your conversion rate is over 2 percent, bundle. If over 4 percent, scale. If your refund rate is over 8 percent, audit the promise versus the deliverable.

This post is not an income claim

The workbook is a planning and decision tool. There are no income guarantees. What it gives you is structure. The 30-Day Revenue Sprint Workbook has the full dated PDF, the Google Sheets tracker, and the Notion variant.
